About Rush Auto — Your Local Tire & Auto Repair Shop in Brooklyn
Rush Auto is a family-owned and operated tire and auto repair shop located at 1263 Atlantic Ave in Brooklyn, NY. For more than 20 years, we've helped drivers throughout Bedford-Stuyvesant, Crown Heights, Clinton Hill, Prospect Heights, Fort Greene, and surrounding Brooklyn neighborhoods keep their vehicles safe and reliable.
We're more than just a place to buy tires. Our shop provides new tires, Hunter wheel alignments, brake repair, suspension and steering repair, oil changes, flat tire repair, TPMS service, wheel balancing, and wheel repair for many of the cars, SUVs, and light trucks driven throughout Brooklyn.
Our approach has remained simple: provide straightforward recommendations, quality work, fair pricing, and efficient service without making car repair more complicated than it needs to be.
A Brooklyn Auto Shop Built Around Trust
Rush Auto was built around three things we believe every customer should expect from an auto repair shop: honesty, quality, and efficient service.
When you bring your vehicle to us, our goal is to identify the problem, explain what we find in clear terms, and recommend the service your vehicle actually needs.
Whether you're visiting us for a flat tire, new tires, an alignment, worn brakes, suspension problems, or routine maintenance, we want you to feel comfortable knowing what is being done to your vehicle and why.
Many of our customers have trusted us with their vehicles for years, and we work to earn that trust every time they return.
Our Mission
Our mission is to provide Brooklyn drivers with dependable tire and automotive service using quality equipment, experienced technicians, and straightforward customer service.
We want every customer to leave our shop knowing their vehicle was serviced properly and that they were treated fairly.
More Than a Tire Shop
Tires remain an important part of what we do, but Rush Auto has grown into a full-service destination for many common automotive needs.
Our services include:
New tire sales and installation
Hunter wheel alignment
Flat tire repair
Brake repair
Suspension and steering repair
Oil changes
Tire rotation
High-speed wheel balancing
TPMS diagnostics and service
Bent and cracked wheel repair
We carry major tire brands including Michelin, Goodyear, Bridgestone, Continental, Firestone, Pirelli, BFGoodrich, Yokohama, Hankook, and many others.
We also work with a wide range of tire types, including all-season, all-weather, summer, winter, run-flat, performance, low-profile, and light-truck tires.
If we don't have the tire you need in stock, we can often order it quickly.
Professional Hunter Engineering Equipment
The equipment used to service a vehicle matters, especially when working with modern wheels, low-profile tires, run-flat tires, and wheel alignment.
That's why Rush Auto has invested in professional equipment from Hunter Engineering, one of the best-known manufacturers of automotive service equipment.
Our Hunter tire changers allow our technicians to install standard, low-profile, performance, and run-flat tires while helping protect wheels during the mounting and dismounting process.
We also use Hunter wheel alignment equipment to accurately measure vehicle alignment and make the appropriate adjustments. Proper alignment can improve vehicle tracking and steering while helping prevent premature or uneven tire wear.
For wheel balancing, we provide high-speed wheel balancing.
Serving Brooklyn Drivers for More Than 20 Years
Our shop is located on Atlantic Avenue in Bedford-Stuyvesant, convenient to drivers from Crown Heights, Clinton Hill, Prospect Heights, Fort Greene, Bushwick, and the Barclays Center area.
After more than 20 years serving Brooklyn, we understand the problems local driving conditions can cause. Potholes and rough streets can contribute to damaged tires and wheels, alignment problems, uneven tire wear, and suspension issues.
